Notes:
o The Interior Air Lock is on the Cargo Deck from the Cargo area to lower Engineering.
o The Terpsichore is a hybrid ship constructed from the foreward section of the 200dT Moraine Free Trader and the rear section of the 400dT Sundowner Free Trader. As a result, there are certain unusual stresses associated with the mating points. When the vessel exceeds 1G, perform a breakdown roll against the wear rating. If the roll fails, the ship suffers potential breakdown as per the rules in TNE (p241-243).
o The main computer, sensors, and Laser Turrets were salvaged from a Standard Patrol Ship.
o There is a Gyroscopically mounted VRF Gauss Gun stowed at the rear cargo ramp. The gyroarm can be mounted on either the port or starboard side of the hatch. The arm itself can be moved in minutes, but the ammo hopper is less mobile and takes 30 minutes to move. The hopper holds 500,000 belted 4mm rounds.
o The Kuum-Class GAPC is housed in the cargo bay (10dT), but can be stored in the cargo airlock to allow for an additional 10dT of cargo. The main cargo airlock is unusable for normal purposes in this case untilthe Kuum is removed.
o Because of the unusual nature of the hybrid design, the Terpsichore has an additional 2dT of smugglng space distributed about the ship. Some of these spaces are only accessible from the exterior of the vessel.
o The two 10dT collapsible fuel bladders comprise the forward of the engineering room. The ship is limited to J2 unless these tanks have been filled. Collapsed, these tanks provide an additional 9.5dT of cargo space each. It is common practice to fill these tanks anyway and use their fuel first. The tanks can then be collapsed and the area used for steerage passengers or additional storage.
o With the Kuum-Class GAPC parked in the cargo airlock and the Collapsible tanks deflated, the Terpsichore carries 119 dT of cargo; however, the 19dT in the foreward of engineering cannot be filled with normal cargo pallets due to the lack of access cargo ports.
o The Missile Barbette has been converted so that tube 3 contains a load of 15 sandcasters. There are an additional 15 sandcasters in the ready rack. Tubes 1, 2, 4 & 5 are standard. Typically tube 5 is loaded with a sensor/snooper drone while the remaining tubes are loaded with a standard missile. The ready rack is loaded with a single reload (time: 1 turn). The barbette contains storage for 3 ready rack reloads (time: 4 turns manual). The total barbette magazine capacity is 12m3. The drones are interchangeable with missiles.
o The nine passenger cabins and one steward cabin on the passenger deck can be reconfigured to accommodate up to five Hi-Passage passengers. One large stateroom being made from two normal staterooms.
