Multipurpose Tool

Similar to the modern day leatherman tool. Several standard shipboard
tools into one small pocketable unit. This tool adds a +1 to any roll for
minor or easier repairs or adjustments. For larger jobs, if a regular tool
kit is available, the Multipurpose Tool will shorten the time of the job, but
doesn't add any additional modifiers to make the job easier.
