Electric Mini-Torch

A miniature version of the Electric Torch (TNE p.343). This torch is
designed to be carried in the Multi-Purpose Ship Pack, and is useful for
smaller applicatioss like seeing into small openings or finding the
larger wall torches in the event of a power outage. Each Mini-Torch lasts
about 3 hours in continuous use, and will quickly recharge in 1 hour.
